Another good decor channel is Pine and Prospect. She owns a cape cod with rounded doorways, and more. I love her home. She decorates frugally. She talks of faith too.

I enjoyed this discussion, even though I found it amusing/slightly offensive to say a sewing machine was very old...from the 80's :) My husband reminded me tbat was 40 yrs ago.

Ok… so how do I get my husband to understand that it truly is an evolution. If I ask him to move a picture frame he says that I’m indecisive even though it was up in the original spot for over 4 yrs! Just one example. I can’t get him to understand that moving things around is completely normal until you really feel settled in the placement of things. Husband help please 😆

I think the answer is to move it yourself, then you are not asking him to 'redo' something (as he may see it) and you get it to go where you want it.

@@colinchick2692 I do that with what I can, but with heavy things like my antique picture frame I was referring to, I can’t 😐
