As they are a weird combo of RGB that isn't actually white. More often than not, their white button/setting looks way too blue, and even if you manually adjust it, it never looks quite right. I highly suggest just buying white. You can buy some that can change color temperate, or you can buy very high CRI white strips that just look so much better. There are COB strips, which have tiny diodes inside a diffuser, which is much better for displaying stuff (there won't be harsh spots reflecting off things.)

Something not mentioned in this video - Govee also makes the light bars with immersion technology, which means they'll change colors based on your video or music feed. I think it's maybe an extra 10-15 bucks above their standard RGB Strip lights. They are FABULOUS.

As a personal trainer I liked your form on the cable Flys. Wide and squeezed in on the concentric part to target your lower chest and elbows in on the eccentric to still target the chest instead of wide so the lats take the load.

Hey just a fyi the govee flow pro lights are cool but they can be washed out by other led lights I have a lot of govee light and when I put the govee flow pro lights on the back on my tv you could barely tell they were there I recommend getting something bigger/brighter or useing the flow pro lights in a darker space ware you don’t have LED lights already especially if you have led strips on your ceiling like i do because you won’t really see the flow pro lights

Signal RGB Is great to have but being honest it's a hurt on that CPU. Look in your task manager at what it's using. That's the only thing I hate.

Agreed. I've had it for a few days and I don't think the in sync lights are worth the flickering fan lights or the constantly freezing apps and longer load times on games

I'm in the genre of working with electricity and stuff but when it comes to home, where do we draw the line of how many things we plug into a socket in total in your room? 20 plugs? Or until we draw too much current and the breaker switches off? My things are: pc, monitor 1, 2, TV, nzxt hub, USB hub, sound system, raising desk, ps4, phone charger, subwoofer, router, lights. There's more and I'll add when I get home. It just feels ridiculous to have 3 extension cords plugged in one socket

I have 5hat Govee Immersion kit with three weeks. I would suggest you not bother with it if 6our TV has an IPS panel because in dark scenes it outputs blue on 5be right side and red on the left side. Also it's not accurate. I have calibrated it about a dozen different ways and it's the same every time. Not only that but the camera detects things beyond the calibrated area and beyond the TV. I had something red on my subwoofer two foot below and slightly to the left of my TV and it was outputting red until I removed the red item

If you are doing PC reactive backlight, get an arduino, individually addressable LED strip. it will be cheaper. I've been using it with my ultrawide, and it just feels so much better. There's multiple softwares out there you can use for it, and none of them are trying to ram SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES down your throat. Honestly, I would never support a company trying to charge you more for a product like that. The colors on the Whirlwind looked off to me anyway, even in this video.
