100% but the vivarium really needs to be stable which is about 4-6 weeks.

hey i just bot my first trio of turquoises/bronzes and i have a mature vivarium i planted like 7 months back and everything has grown in nicely. however im still very worried. I have a temp and hygrometer and humidifier. im worried cause i keep reading dart frogs need high humidity I have a heat pad on the bottom of my viv and still im worried about my temp it reads about 72.3 at night and can get pretty high during the day. I mist my tank down twice a day once in the morning before work and once when I come home from work. I have the humidifier and lights set on a timer. My viv is never dry it alway stays moist, but im worried can too high of humidity kill the frogs? and as far as temp wise higher then 80 is a death sentence.. idk if im over thinking this whole thing or what. please leave me some insight anyone, i would like any helpful info. As far as vitamin supplements what should I buy and how often should I use it with the fruit flies? And I was wondering if reverse osmosis water safe for dart frogs? or should i use tap with a deliminator? I seriously have so many questions and im trying to learn and I want to be successful in the dart frog community. I know corals reefs and planted tanks but for some reason im still boggled by this humidity and temp and vitamin dosing on there food. Thank you!

65-80 degrees and anything above 80% -100% humidity. You are good if you follow this.

RO/DI I water is perfect. I use dendrocare and I get it from joshs frogs and I dust every feeding which is Monday Wednesday and Friday.

No need to heat the vivarium you can just use a space heater for the roo honestly. But my temp bounces around 68-73

its weird before i went to bed my temp gauge read about 70 at night and when i woke up it felt pretty hot cause the ac was not on and the viv read about 82 idk if theres a way to vent out the hot air, maybe my vent holes aren't big enough there about an inch by inch? @@Jaywil07 any ideas what i could do?
