Adding new cows to the herd, how to introduce them without mishap.

WE HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE WITH BAD RESULTS!!! Its never a great idea to bring cows to a new property and just turn them loose. Most cows don't load on a trailer and go for trips very often so loading and going to a new place is scary and confusing to them. IF, you just dump them in the pasture get ready to do some fence repair! We have learned that the best way is to offer them a period to calm down and understand they are safe before turning them out with the herd.

They are sure pretty cows, even the one without a tail. Their coats at least on film look sleek and smooth, very well cared for. Congrats on the new additions, 3 for sure possibly 4? Maybe the brown one is bred as well as the black and white ones. Do they have names?

Yes! They have been very well taken care of. They call the black and white one Milk Shake and the red one Cafe. Turns out the red one isn’t bred. The chased her for days! Thanks for watching!
