Well technically it was balance as most them had 2 points with Dropsy having 3 and Steve having 0 also Steve was shooting through walls so wasn’t and let be honest shooting through walls was only way counter cappy build.

I don't know if you've already figured this out, as I am watching your rounds videos in random order as they are recommended to me, but I've seen it asked a few times; as far as I know (unless otherwise stated by the card) every card stacks. For most things that don't seem like they stack, like radiance or any other card that makes a "zone" it'll make the zone bigger.
