These paintings are super pretty.😍 The color palette is bright and glowy. It's neat to see what the salt is doing to the colors. I like seeing the subtle differences between both of them side by side. I agree with you, Joni. The watercolor painting looks great. Not that the acrylic one doesn't. It just looks different somehow. I have a couple of stay wet palettes and I don’t like them either. On the watercolor painting the salt by the tree branches looks like frosty leaves. Pretty!

Yes that’s right! I’m using acid free, cold pressed water colour paper 140 lb
