Why are you using windows server? Genuine question

This isn't just a Homelab I own JCMP Technology Services and as a small MSP I have software licensing that requires running on windows server. Despite there being lots of viable Linux options most of my clients need software with support and the ability to replace me easy. I am a one man show except for wire pullers and trench diggers. If I get hit by a car I need to sell solutions that my clients can call another IT company that can pick up my playbook continuing on seamlessly. So I run what I sell and support so I can stay on top of stuff, And break my own stuff figuring out new technology and techniques.

what are the widgets running on the side?

The app is called Rainmeter and the theme/skin is Gadgets. It has a few more advanced monitoring graphs but they require Aida64 installed for the plugins to work so I have some of the more advanced monitoring graphs disabled.
