Adding simple detail to your Longrifle with Moravian Carving

I only have a TC Hawken, CVA 45, and a Traditions 50 both KLRifles, and I don’t have the nerve to try to do this to them, though it looks great. Im always impressed with a nice carving, or engraving.

Do it....do it...just do it! Get some wood the same as your stock and give it a try several times before moving to your rifle. Save your process and maybe even record it. Then do a video of you carving on your rifle...I bet you would make a great finished gun!

What size gouge was use?
