Hello friend I just ordered the parts to install. I have one question. The hole on the front of the engine in the small silver tank needs a filter too or I can leave it open? Do I have to keep the stock air filter box in the car?

I really get what you mean by the silver box but there is two filters as i added in the video one which i attached to the small hose from the engine cover and the big one as intake so as an advise never keep anything which sucks air open because like this it will just collect dust But maybe you can explain me more about the silver part please

@@memoamr6519 I understood the installation of the small and the big filters. What I mean is on the front side of the engine if you look down there is a hole that stays open if you don’t put the original filter box on. If you look at the filter box there is a pipe that attaches to that hole.

Aha i got what u mean now it also confused me at first but i left it opened and nothing went wrong works fine

I bought it from a vw car parts store in Netherlands but the filter is universal and there is so many similar available online but the whole thing is u have the same car is all about the pipe which connects the filter if it fits in the car

االسلام عليكم يا اخي الفيلتر يتعرض للاوساخ بسهولة. فكرة بالنسبة لي غالطة

وعليكم السلام و رحمة الاه و بركاته كلامك صح بس انا متوفر معي كباس هواء سهل تنضف الفلتر كل فترة به بس فعلا لو سبته بدون تنضيف بيجمع اوساخ كتير

ولكن كيف ستعرف بان الفيلتر متسخ وان المحرك لا يتأتر .صعب تحكم بالعين المجردة.لان هناك جزيئات لا ترى بالعين وممكن تشكل خطر على المحرك .اما وضعه الطبيعي محمي بعض الشىء ولكم وسع النظر
