Adding the DEMON KING to Bloons TD 6

The demon king would be a pretty balanced hero if he were in the game and that's a good thing. Don't expect all modded heroes to be crazy overpowered

hero mod concept: Wattzon Level 1: shoots thunder that can hit up to 3 bloons at once level 2: slight range increase level 3: new ability, electric shock: zaps the 3 strongest bloons on screen dealing 10 dmg to them + stuns the hit bloons for 2s level 4: damage increase level 5: gains camo detection level 6: speed increase level 7: thunder can now hit 4 bloons at once and stun lasts for 2.5s now level 8: gains damage and speed for more bloons on screen level 9: deals 2x damage to moabs level 10: new ability, thunder totem: places a totem that deals rapid damage to all nearby bloons in radius and stun is now 3.5s level 11-13: damage, speed and range increase level 14: gains passive damage (laser shock on dartling basically) level 15 and 16: big damage and speed increase level 17: electric shock now attacks 7 bloons at once, now dealing 20-50 damage level 18 and 19: range increase and HUGE speed increase level 20: thunder totem now deals 50 damage, 3x to moabs, decamos bloons, base attack now can hit up to 30 bloons and electric shock now deals 150 damage hitting all bloons on screen and gains general extra damage to fortified and stun now lasts for 5.25-7s like to tewbre can see
