If you go to your my orders settings and look on the third column, there's a check box for show condition in different colours. then your pick sheets will have New in blue and used in red. i used to go through orders highlighting too

@@davidbower642 thanks for the tip, although the highlighting process does mean I pay more attention! I still highlight the Brick Owl orders that clearly state Used on them so I don’t get mixed up.

Where do you source your used bricks?

The majority of the used is actually my personal collection, although I have bought a few collections on Marketplace over the last 18 months and one collection at auction.
