I have Rahu in moola 1st pada sag ascendant and Ketu in mrigashira conjunct mars (ardra) and 4 years into Rahu mahadasha. So, I know my ketu, mars are very active and Jupiter is in 10th conjunct Sun, Mercury, and Venus. But I def agree that right action in work and exercise have been my means of maintaining grounded.
