Hi.Thanks for asking that question. That is a syllabus restriction and not a concept restriction. Autonomous investments are part of AD and most of them are done by government. Thus the mention. Though, these investments may not be only made by government. Private sector may also make these but generally does not since private sector generally looks for profits and income levels.

Mostly done by Government, can also be done by private firms.Lekin yaha model ko easy karne ke liye assume kiya hai.Agar induced lenge toh das aur cheeze samjhani padegi so, isliye, autonomous lete hai.

Hey.See Investment expenditure is basically any addition toexisting capital stock in a year in an economy.Technically,it is impacted by market rate of interest and hence fluctuates.Investment includes both govt and private investment due to the definition above.however,only for simplicty purpose it is assumed to be constant,which is possible only when it is autonomous,that is not governed by incomw or profit.The reality,however is different.
