Building Premium flat in cheap over crowded area. Traffic on service lane is a mess due to autos and e-rickshaws. Gentry in the locality is typical ghaziabad. One side faces meerut expressway and rahul vihar. Another faces a stuck antriksh project. So good for someone who can ignore surroundings.

Saurav ji I think from prestige location to move it park situated in 62/63, 135 and nearby Noida would be more convenient than sector12 g Noida from future prospect. One more thing that I believe @12000/- prestige would be more perfect buy rather than ACE

Ground reality: As an end user if you think you will buy at pre-launch and sell within 2 years. You're stupid. You will not be able to sell it like the dealers and builders are selling it and end up in a difference of 10-15 lakh as per market value. as a dealer will never buy at the current value and finding end user and dealing directly will be a challenge.
