From one woman to another weight loss is a life long battle. I have also struggled with my weight my entire life but I did have body issues but mild nothing too severe. I’m at a time in my life that for me rather than looking good I’m just focusing on being healthy and being around for my kids. It’s all about perspective and your reasoning. I lost 60 pounds in 2021 and I suffered severe depression for over a year after.I didn’t gain the weight back all the way, but I gained like 10 pounds. I’m just now coming out of the depression and getting back to my journey. I literally would have no energy. I wouldn’t get out of bed. I didn’t want to work didn’t post on social medias didn’t take pictures. Just my mind was always erratic but now I see a little light at the end of my tunnel. I’ve created a new vision of myself, and I’m taking it literally one day at a time implementing all that I have learned throughout this process, I just want to say this is normal, and it’s not talked about enough when people lose a significant amount of weight how you can be even more depressed than you were with the weight and you’re not alone.

If you’re struggling with hormones ozempic/semaglutide can be the “key” that unlocks your weight loss. I did everythinggg Keto vegan everything.
