ADDRESSING THE SHIDDUCH CRISIS

I can see a shidduch crisis happening in Israel with so many young soldiers being killed. G-D forbid this should be the scenario. When you have communities, like Lakewood, NJ putting available suitors in the "freezer" for 3 months, they are culpable of creating a marriage problem. A young man I know decided to still live in NJ, but went out of the country so he could date and get married. Personally, I feel the issue stems with the families going overboard in investigating a potential match and the influence of secular values detracting from Torah values.
