The semester before I started my club season of soccer I got into weight lifting. At 15 I was benching 200 lbs, squatting 300, and deadlifting 315. Not the greatest numbers ever, but for a soccer player it was noticeable. Anyways, my coach told me to lose weight and that I "got too big" from lifting when I was like 6 1" 180 lbs. Anyways wish that coach would have seen this dude. Cause he uses his strength to his advantage on the soccer field.
