@ahdkbr Ok your apology accepted , you must had written " incomplete opinions instead of " different opinions". Yes, Quran and Ahadis explains each others. And a Mujtahid or Faqeeh (not muqalid, as there is IJMA that a Muqalid cannot be an Aalim or Faqih or Mujtahid) can simplify it for a commoner. And again i clarify that following any fatwa withholding a dalil from Quran , Hadis, Ijma, Qyas cannot be referred to as TAQLID, as by definition TAQLID is following of Daleel-Less Fatwas of an Alim

@ahdkbr what are you saying man Quran and Ahadis have no different opinions. Difference came when there is no dalil and Imamz made their Qiaas. Your definition of Taqleed is not proved by your principle books. If we consider your definitions, that Imamz had daleel with each Fatwa than make it clear, Why imams said " Leave my Fatwa if found contrary to Hadis" 2ndly Ans me why Imam Abbu YOusuf and Imam Muhammad rejected 2/3rd of Imam Abu Hanifa's fatawas they were based on "Dalail" Just ans 2Q

@ahdkbr You even dont know the names of your fiqh books yet you do taqleed. Because hanfi ulama makes it easy for you. Similarly fuqahay haadis explain everything for us in the light of Quran Hadis Ijma Qyas.I know all imams gave it priority to derive from ahadis, but there are many "Aqwal" that were not based on dalil. to follow such aqual is refer to TAQLEED. To follow dalail based fatawa of the four imams is not Taqleed. If there is not sutrah and a lady passes the namaz breaks.

Imam Abu Yousuf, Imam Muhammad and Imam Zufar were the student and main thumbs of Imam Abu Hanifa. You are required to clarify if they were Muqlids than why they rejected 2/3rd of Abu Hanif's opinions being against Quran and Sunnah, as witnessed by your all Fiqh Books. Then where is your claim that all Fatwas of AbuHanifa were from Quran or Hadis.Had it been so the fist generation hanfi scholars wouldnt opposed him at the first place.If wahabi r ignorant, wht about dbndi-brlvis.reply

2ndly you have accepted that Muqalids are " Ignorant People" then why ur so-called molvies call themselves " Aalim e Deen, Allama" etc.If they have no capability to find a dalil from Quran, hadis, ijma, qyas then What is the definition of an Aalim. POSITION OF ABU YOUSUF AND IMAM MUHAMMAD. You are supposed to know it more than me as they were the most confidential students of Imam Abu hanifa RA, even it is said " Had there not been Abu Yousuf ,no one would have even known Abu Hanifa"

@ahdkbr and such Taqleed is forbidden in Quran, Hadis, Sahaba, and even Imamz. Imam Shafi's advise to leave my openion is only for Ulama or Mujtahids is not true, because it is not something to tell to Mujtahideens but to the commoners. Because no question of Mujthaid's taqleed.
