I like to see more if the day to day stuff included in your videos. Loading the truck, checking and maintenance on the fridge motors, hooking up the trailers, inside the truckers lounge, eating at the diners, changing tyres, showing how to check tyres, sleeping arrangements, tips on what to pack, shoeing showers at truck stops, showing how many litres to fill your tanks, showing how to wash your window screen, unhooking trailers….. The reason I like your videos is because it’s you, no pretence.

@@thehomelesstrucky I live in a caravan 7 months a year driving a concrete truck, then I don’t work 5 months a year near a ski resort in Carpathian Mountains Ukraine. A few acres with a renovated wood cottage, all amenities wifi etc for $600 Aussie a month

A huge improvement in landscape mode. I don't know whether it was me you were referring to when you mentioned a ' subccriber in London'. I am an Aussie living just outside London. Great video, realy enjoyed it. I am a fellow Ausie, and have covered a lot of the country in this. Originally born in Dorrigo, family moved to Inverell when I was 14, in 1969. Two years latter I moved to Moree, Then Gunnedah and now outer Nothside Brisbane. I went to Perth on the train and drove a car back to East Coast, Casino. Done it in 3 days. I live in country Victoria and last May did a trip to Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and return on most of the roads you travel. I was interested to see the improved roads in your video because the horrendous rain back then had made the roads very dangerous. Miss one pothole then hit two!

Was a Good Watch mate. Roads ive Drivin a few times in my life time. Ex Road train Driver from Darwin NT Handed the keys in twenty years ago. Then out of the blue had to do a Wide load from Mt Garnet in Qld to Darwin wild man river for my Wifes Dad God rest hes soul. Keep the shinny side up. Dave

I think people will love the sound of the trucks big engine running in the driving footage. Also, point of view from inside the driver side like a head-strap go pro will lift your videos miles away. Just my opinion only. Great vid and keep growing sir

They want the bdoubles to go through west Wyalong so if they need to change something,…there’s plenty of trucks around and a lot more options open to them if someone needs a rescue or have run out of hours for some reason

@@thehomelesstrucky alright yeah I got you heavy traffic through that route can easily get help fewer trucks stops along the way good luck bringing more videos love to watching, I use to drive from Melbourne to Sydney/Sydney Adelaide/Adelaide to Brisbane/Brisbane back to Adelaide then back to Melbourne 7200 kilometers in 7 days, I called triangle run because I based in Melbourne I love the wilderness enjoyed feral goat's wildlife cows horses kangaroos wild boar sheep camel eagles poison brown snakes and the list goes on but you enjoyed the life on the road in the Middle of nowhere, all the best my friend...

I don't know if you are aware of this, mate, but the famous racehorse Gundsynd came from Goondiwindi. He was also called the Goondiwindi Grey. Tex Morton had a song called the Goondiwindi Grey.

Gunsynd was a bit of a character. When he walked out onto the track, he would stop in front of the crowd n refuse to move until the crowd acknowledged him. No matter what the jockey did, he would wait for his acknowledgement before he went to the starting gates. Lol.

Sydney truck driver work outta Chullora for Post driving HC as far north as Newcastle, South as Canberra at times and west as Bathurst and after leaving local work in HR's and going abit further out in bigger rigs I know this is my calling. The pay is good and the people overall are great to work with. The fraternity and brotherhood of trucking is great. Saved me from drinking myself to death too. And a big shout out to all the women who stand by us with our profession in transport and logistics, it can be tough not having your partner in bed at night. Also cheers for the great blogs mate, just found your channel and curious about your name. Do you basically work 7 days a week long haul sleeping in the truck or road houses? You must have a tonne a money in ya hip pocket for when you do hang up the keys mate. Dam! will have to sub n bell. Safe travels and cya on the road.

Goodday Ken, As a Melbourne HC Metro driver now I know what my interstate brothers go through. I have heard that Lindsay Prime Mover has its fsir share of camera's monitoring you. Small sleeper on the T610, how do you get comfortable in it. Being a Bonneted Kenworth are you 32 or 34 pallet B Double ? Love the content, I thought going to Brisbane from Adelaide you would go up through Broken Hill, up the Barrier Hwy. Good to see still no bypass in Mildura. Cheers Louis Kats

The linehaul trucks have a normal size sleeper,…the trailers are 34 pallet spaces ,… and we go through through west Wyalong because all the shuttles go that way if any changes need to be made

What's max hrs you can in Oz, 11hrs here in UK. BTW I did 12 months in Brisbane 40 yrs back assume it's changed a lot now

Most drivers are on BFM,… Basic fatigue management which allows us to drive 14 hours a day,… but must fit a 7 hour consecutive rest break in there somewhere

We don’t mind seeing the same routes. Take some time out and look after yourself. Health and family come first. Enjoy some down time. As I have just found your site I will be looking at the old downloads. Play safe mate.
