I went through a really difficult time in 2012 where my family split apart. I spent a lot of time jogging. It was therapeutic and it helped me escape from my problems temporarily. One of the few times in my life that a stressor positively manifested itself in my body, lol. I would have never been able to make it through that period if it weren't for my running shoes. I get what she means when she says sometimes she worked out 3 times a day.

Losing weight the right way is the best thing for your health. Those who continue to complain about body shaming and the like take note. You may want the world to accept you now when you're 100-200 pounds overweight, but when you're 45 and the doctor hits you with the ultimatum you'll change your tune real fast. But don't worry, old age will take that weight from you anyway, if you reach it. Now if Adele could just learn how to sing without blowing out her voice by the time she's 35 or getting nodes every year.
