Ich komme aus Heidelberg - koche viel und gut - lange in Indien gelebt - Selbstversorger Garten gehabt - und trotzdem hat das Rezept wieder inspriert, in der Zusammenstellung. Hat grad gut gepasst, weil grad diese Gemüse verbraucht werden mussten - statt Zuchini den Spitzkohl - läßt sich ja immer variieren. Merci !

Very good soup, except that since I am diabetic, I would replace the potatoes with sweet potatoes or pumpkins. That soup could raise the dead! Very good, I follow you from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
