I keep saying it: This is Netflix Chef’s Table level of production. And I appreciate that you made the effort to have the server describe exactly what you are being served. Thank you AGAIN, for filling in for the Netflix series. Haven’t heard if they will be presenting a new series of restaurants….

Yeah great production value. Although servers always describe precisely what you are being served in finer restaurants.

you have no idea of film production by craftsmanship, not even close to chefs table especially the awfull light on the food. I agree about the content quality though. This might be better than chefs table as a whole cause of the honesty and simple narrative.

430 euro for a meal seems an enormity, but if you consider such originality and creativity, the presentation, quality of food, attention to the customer, exceptional skills and overall atmosphere I don't think it's excessive.

@@stefanschwartze9932 you can see that the wine cost him 1700dkk while the food cost 1500dkk with a combined price of 3200 and of that total price, 640dkk is actually the 25% VAT

13:40 should have added a light coating of flour or anything dry and tasteless on the bottom of the cod cheek to get a actual crunch, and not stick to the stone :D since the fish was covered in butter but it loses water, the water underneath will dissipate the butter and let it stick because water and oil dont mix lol

It was worth every penny IMHO. The amount of talent artistry, skill, thought and intention behind this is on full display and answers why they have a Michelin star. That had to be incredible. I'm vegan and yet still enjoyed watching each dish come out and hearing all of the descriptions. Really beautifully done!

Very nice well made impression. I've had a fascination for gourmet since i was a kid. I still love extravagant food but the older I get I actually prefer down to earth food prepared to perfection. Like a good rice n bean stew. Extreme taste can be found in a simple pea and a spud. That doesn't mean I did not enjoy your video 🙂

I don't know why everyone is saying that isn't a lot of food. The portions were small, but they were rich and there were many of them, so along with all the wine and beer that is quite a lot of tuck into. I would not want to pay that much for a meal on a regular basis, but as a once in a lifetime experience, it creates lasting memories.
