It’s wagyu, mostly fat so you can’t actually overcook it and it will still melt in your mouth regardless, unlike a regular ribeye.

Hi through your excellent videos I have discovered the cook in me I like too much to see cooking I do not like only washing the dishes afterwards but there are machines for that I have only one note The slices of zucchini at 0:16 do not have the same identical thickness To have a uniform cooking I think the thickness should be the same right ? I would also cut the fillets with a knife equipped with a guide I like the slices all the same Congratulations for the excellent channel and thanks again, gino
