Very good method. And very clear methodical presentation. Aren't we supposed to use some systemic antifungal everytime we do a root prune because Adeniums are very easily susceptible to fungal rot.

Was afraid to try it on any of my mature plants so found a sapling to use. So far, so good! cant wait till spring when i check more than just tugging it. (Its rooted, but not firmly yet.

This looks like it took a weekend, having some time frame reference would be wonderful, for example how long do you let that cut base callus for before you plant it in the wet soil that you showed you planting it in.. my understanding is that if that wound had not calloused for a good month or so you'd be facing instant rot, again clarify, how long did it sit in the pot for before you got the root system that you took out in the next segment and rinsed? That potting soil looks quite moist, assuming you're in Thailand or Vietnam where it's tropical and steamy and that's okay, more details would help, appreciate your video

Suggestion: Try to indicate how old is the adenium before doing the First rooting program, how many weeks before doing the second program? The soil being used,or the materials.

Is that a thing? I have a bunch of horticultural skills that I've mostly kept to myself or shared with my customers, but have done some bonsai and propagation classes at nurseries before, please tell me more and if you have a link to someone who is doing a skype/plantclasses I'd love to see it, I see videos on Reddit where people are doing explanatories and stuff, but would like to hear about monetizing it, thank you

@GreenCanvasInteriorscape Жыл бұрын
Coir It's shredded coconut husk / hulls and it comes compressed in a brick and you add water to it and it hydrates, popular with adenium growers. convenient as could be in that one brick makes a bucket full of potting soil that is super easy to use and intuitive

About the root trimming, the whole thing, I saw some videos they put glue to not rot the plant or let it out of the soil for a whole week, none of this is necessary?
