1) TCS Tubular Cribriform Solid 2) Basaloid epithelial cell nests form multiple cylindrical cyst like pattern resembling swiss cheese or honeycomb pattern. 3) Adenoid cystic carcinoma shows perineural invasion. 4) Solid type of Adenoid cystic carcinoma has highest recurrence rate.
