You gotta love how the Alpha Predator stands out among the other Yauja. (That's their species name in case you don't know.) While the other Predators have weapons made out of metal or some kind of a alloy, the Alpha has weapons made out of bones, wood, leather, horns, fangs, etc. Makes him unique. Also that mask is awesome, looks kinda look Grievous'.

The Alpha Predator's weapons and mask is made from the body parts of an Amengi which were apparently a tyrannical race of insectoid like aliens which had enslaved the Yautja (it is spelled Yautja in the bio that comes with the Alpha Predator figure) during the times when the Yautja were more primitive but the Amengi were overthrown by the Alpha Predator who lead a rebellion against them. Also the Amengi is actually based on the original rejected design for the Predator that was supposed to be played by Jean-Claude Van Damme.
