Its a little depressing that the Mechanicus had to almost launch a second civil war just to get the respect and acknowledgement they deserved from Dorn and the High Lords. In this case Horus and Kel were right that there was no real respect for mars that dorn was ready to throw Mars under the bus just to deny Horus, nevermind that destroyed Mars leaves no foundation for the Imperium to rebuild. Dorn would destroy the Imperiums future just for sake of beating Horus (now).
