Ricky did a long interview back in April last year where he explained that he was unhappy about having no screen time in season 3 and when he complained he was told he had to put up with it or leave so he decided to leave - he described it as being 'professionally bullied' by the executive producer. After the things he's said there's no way he could ever go back to the show so there's no point in people asking for him to be somehow 'resurrected'. It worked out well for him anyway because he's now got a much better job - he's playing the lead in a big new show called 'American Gods'.
