Hi Felix, as far as we are currently aware, the test is approximately 75 questions in 30 minutes, however this is always subject to change.

Gabrielle Davis Rather than having an actual 'score' value, the questions you answer determine the positions open to you, so you can first focus on answering questions you feel confident about, then attempt the remaining questions if you have time.

Trent Simpson Use the skill finder test to find out your weaker areas and focus more time on those. Ultimately practise is the key, the more you practise the easier it will be to recognise and correctly answer the questions. .

Hi Naphtali, all applicants have to site the Online Aptitude Test (OAT) as part of the YOU session, however there are no actual scores published, you just need to score as highly as possible as it is the scores you achieve which determine what roles are open to you.

@@Benbones99 ADF state the following: Once you've submitted your application, the process is usually as follows: within one week, you'll receive a link to complete a Job Opportunities Assessment (JOA) within 2 months, you'll be invited to attend a virtual YOU (Your Opportunities Unlimited) Session within the following month, and if successful, you'll be allocated an ADF Careers Coach who will keep you informed on next steps and when you can expect to start. Please note, timelines may vary.

Heyy I'm just wondering on what the passing score is for 75 GAT questions and 25 MAT question testing for the adf as i want to unlock the combat and security category. i'm going through a course thats running me through what i need to know on the day, and so far im getting above 65% on certain units. but im just unsure on how many answers that are right will be enough to be a passing mark and that will get my foot in the door for job lists. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
