When she was little she would also have seizures possibly related to her autism so she decided to work with scientists to develop a wristband that prevents seizures on children with this diagnosis...

Should we allow them to change sex at such a young age just because we think they have good grades or are intelligent? Or does it require mental maturity. The frontal lobe is not fully developed until the age of 25 yrs old, and that's medically and scientifically proven. Yes, older people are still immature in many ways, but they have no excuse, young people are immature due to age as well. You cannot make a child president of a nation no matter how mature you think they are, there needs to be a level of experience.
