Biggest help with working in groups with non adhd people, for me, communication is crucial. Make sure they know I have adhd AND say its ok for them to tell me when its time to get back on track and I would not take offense but oppositely, appreciate it. That seems to help non-adhd people tolerate adhd way more by understanding where I'm coming from.

At 36:00, find the right partner that is supportive and not critical of your adhd. Very important!

If they got tested by a Dr and got diagnosed, it's not a label. He didn't say how he knows how they are.

I dont think this is the right view. What about anhedonia and low motivation? This more motivation seems more like a adhd person that tryes to hype themselfs up and tryes 10 times as hard and has this kinda "energy" feel and then because still only normal motivation everyone thinks they are always like this. Like not sure if that is true at all. Also in puberty you have more drive so maybe no interesst/followthroug + drive looks like this. Seems like misdiagnosis or poor understanding or some mild adhd until depression calms them down when they are older and had enought pain to lower the drive. Motivation lowers discomfort/pain and activated the brains executive functions or subcontious processing power and focuses it on some real life task. At least it seems so complicated stuff

What if, instead of mediation, you could be empowered to resolve and properly process causal past events and circumstances which are the deep underlying cause of ADHD with the consequential symptoms?

ADHD is a result of abnormal brain chemistry, not past events or circumstances. They can cause the symptoms of ADHD to become more severe but they are not the cause of ADHD.

@@tklown honestly if some therapy or resolving stuff int he past helps you you are a normal person not adhd. Mild people all around or maybe people turned of by medication because of the non finetuned/no time too much patience/no effort possible treatment situation where the smartest doctors just admit they have no time and too much to do and let you figure it out yourself (id guess only 10 will be able to go tought the discomfort of doing all that and maybe 0.2% have a near perfect medication finetuning, maybe even 1%. no wonder people look for other things like therapy or something to feel like they are on the right patch. When they then fail society will pay eather in criminality/egoism (only looks from outside put the people are fucked so of course they wont be able to be as synergistic when its not win/win also brain works worse and bullying) also lower socio-economic output and lots of confusion. who knows
