Lex, I don’t know if I got a chance to tell you in your other video. But you were the one that got me wondering if I have adhd and I went into get checked and was told I have inattentive adhd. Thank you so much. I found out about 2 or 3 years ago. It has helped me so much, being aware of this. It gave me such a relief to know I had this and why I struggled so much since childhood. Now I accept myself so much more. Thank you for the work that you do for INFPs to feel not so alone.

I relate hard to the long term project struggle, this is why I've been so slow to release music 😅 I'll get close to the end of a song & then start something new 🤦🏼♂️ Really making a concerted effort to go back to all of those mostly-finished songs and wrap them up now.

I totally get you! a song that I have been meaning to release about a soldier in WW1 has just silently floated by, not posted and unfinished this last ANZAC day... for the past two years 🙄 I was meant to finish it, recorded, before ANZAC 😭

I’m sure many other have responded with the same comments but it’s like you are describing me to a T.

I have a whatsapp group where i am the only member in it. So that i can write things on my phone, so that i wont forget. Its better than a calendar cause i can quickly right it on my phone and have it available all the time.

4:43 copilot saved my life in long meetings - if my attention drifts i can type “what happened in the last 5 mins” or “did anyone mention x topic yet” etc., such a life saver
@Lexmorningstarnz6 ай бұрын
Wait, do you literally mean lifesaving?
@gohardorgohome66936 ай бұрын
@@Lexmorningstarnz yes! My life is made up of precious minutes and copilot saves me many minutes - it is a literal lifesaver!

- Instructions: I am doing my best to follow them. Then the person who gave them asks me what in the heavens I'm doing and turns out I chose a "wrong" one out of the 1000 ways to do this that I instantly got up with. And apparently ppl around me agreed there's that one way we do that here and they didn't bother to explain these details within the details🙃 - Staying on topic: Yeah nah. We get down side branches. But I've become very good at tracking back where we came from when the "How did we get here?" comes up XD - Long-term projects: My long-term projects are 10 years long. After 10 years I suddenly start finishing one after the other. I cycle them :'D - Criticism: Totally fine so long as the "HOW" is loving. If not, then it's not helpful and just wrecks our relationship and cooperation. - Appointments: I'll be OK so long I have rest days in-between. If not, I'm there and on time but my brain is a foggy mess! - Stressful situation: If it's an emergency then I'm great and break down after. If it's not an emergency, then I'm miserable and messy throughout.

(I got side-tacked, ofcourse I did! What did you think? XD) - Multiple-what-now?: Multiple-task-forest is navigated in squirrel manner and you bet most things stay half-done or mixed up. - Long boring stuff: a) I go daydream b) I trick myself by getting interested in the person saying the boring stuff c) I admit defeat and go with sth. that works instead. - Partner who: Well when there is one, then this one is actually easy. I love them to bits. I care about what matters to them even if brain finds the topic boring and taxing. I play the "I love them" joker card! I have a people hyper-fixation LOL It helps a lot! - Failure: No problem. It happens all the time. I embraced the mess long ago already X'D I'm good at saving the situation in creative ways instead. And I'm awesome at grieving! My base assumption is I'll likely mess up but it's still worth a try. I'll always learn sth.

I had a huge crush on a girl with ADHD, I wonder what that girl felt after I confessed and she wasn't interested but considered it a massive ego boost? As expected, we were awkward but remained nice to each other when talking occasionally. Have you ever been crushed on by a neurotypical?
