It is so refreshing to see a reseller show the reality of reselling, most of the time you see "I bought this for $1 and I just sold it for $100" . You always show that most of the time profits are not giant every time, some of the time the seller is lucky to double their money on a sale. I love watching your videos I am watching from Centralia Washington. Keep up the great content. I tell everyone I know to watch and subscribe.

If you don’t enjoy listing and selling on EBay it time to switch gears. You seem to enjoy being a content creator and your cooking skills and content the best. It also seems you enjoy picking. So if you want to pick for content hire someone to inventory everything in your store and set up a custom sku and organize everything so things can be found once they do sell. This would allow you to do the things you enjoy and begin to dig out the mess you have created for yourself. Always enjoy your content but this disarray would drive me crazy. Good luck to you and your lovely family.

When setting up your sale, make sure to uncheck the option that says "include skipped items when they qualify" to prevent items listed after you started the sale to get included.

You are confusing
@profithunter7778 күн бұрын
Huh? You either didn't watch this video or you don't have a store, so you wouldn't understand what I'm talking about. Both Dave and I have eBay stores. In these stores, we can run what is called a markdown sale, where we can put items on sale. By default, eBay now leaves an option checked in the creation of sales, as mentioned above. If you do not uncheck it, any items you list after you start the sale will be automatically added to the sale and marked down for cheaper than what you listed it for. That's what happened with Dave in this video. It's pretty much the entire topic of this video, so how is what I said confusing?

I know part of your problem is you don’t know if you’ve got stuff, so you’re worried about eBay selling. But Bearded Thrift Machine wanted to clean out his inventory so he did the inventory and then heavily discounted items on eBay. Think he’s been running like 60-70% off sales. And now he’s cleared out basically all his eBay inventory to restart.

Bearded Thrift Machine has completely cleared out their store! Crazy how much they’ve cleared out.

eBay changed the sale thing around the first of the year and I had the same thing happen. What you do is redo it and make sure to uncheck the apply to new and stuff that is resisting.

If you start over stay away from the under 15 junk this time- a third of your store is under 15 now. xD

Oh yes there are huge license plate collectors. I learned about this back in the '90s when I met a guy that had tens of thousands in his garage.

Dave. Check your fee % eBay takes now in each order. When a seller falls to below standard the fees skyrocket. My neighbor is paying 21% fees now. She had 3 packages lost and dropped below standard

I get premium prices on the 1970's plate. A lot of car collectors are attracted for vintage license plates.

Why don't you just keep everything you put up for auction in one area on your shelves so they are easier to find 😊

I don't know if you follow bearded thrift machine but they are finishing up a complete inventory of their eBay store and maybe could give you some advice.

suggestion on the bat mobile. good to put it in the description, but to many people don't read the description! perhaps add (READ) to end of title and end of condition. Might get their attention - might ......

Just a idea why don’t you mark your stuff when you list the item, and put it a area , in the mean time get some help and ck your listing and find the items so you have and than you can remove the items you don,t have save you from mad ppl, and not getting in trouble with eBay and other seller sites , you prob have to much to remember of how much you paid for things but some how you need to keep track of that , selling is a lot of work and keeping track of stuff , maybe take abreak from buying and organize ,you will figure it out you seem smart and yes ppl we know it’s common sense but just leaving a comment best of luck .

I watch a lot of Toy Federation, and they obviously buy and resell toys. In instances with similar Remote Control Batmobiles, the reselling market isn't very good because of the app availability, like you mentioned.
