Nicolas Lozano why you want to know glue line thickness. Is it necessary for the shear area and lap shear strength of glue ? Because all of the topics say the shear area is overlapping distance x width.

@@erenklnc Too thick of adhesive can cause it to prefer some other failure modes cohesively in the adhesive. Important to maintain a regular bond thickness during manufacturing.
