for anyone wondering, to get unit cap, you have to make the scan exact value and then 4 bytes. then you have to make 18 the first scan, because even though the unit cap is technically 20, it is your army+you+potential standard. then do first scan. after that, upgrade to unit limit of 25, and then do a next scan with the value of 23. and then you can get the value back down to 18 to scan again by restarting. now that it is 18 again, do a next scan with 18 as the value. keep repeating this until you narrow down the unit cap. if you are getting a few results, and when you do the next scan nothings shows up, change each one of the values to see which one is unit cap.
