I feel like my playstyle when it comes to honor in RDR2 is either really unique or really common. If I'm particularly low on cash or just have an itchy trigger finger and wanna test out my marksmanship, I'll gun down the nearest civilian no questions asked. Or if I just got done cleaning house on a random encounter and a witness threatens to report my crime, I'll just keep adding bodies to the pile. On the other hand, whenever I get that encounter of the dude in need of medical attention or a lady with a dead horse I'll always lend a hand, doesn't matter what I'm doing or where I'm going. In the end my honor always tends to sag on the lower side of the spectrum but that's just the way I am inclined to approach the game.

There is actually an encounter that I found where you can kill an innocent without losing honor. It actually gives the player more honor by killing him. In the tall trees region, there is a random encounter where you can find poeple who got ambushed by the skinner brothers (?) (i forgor what gang lives there) and the guy is still alive but suffering.

Commit animal abuse: I'm pretty sure just punching horses and other animals won't negatively effect honor, so long as you don't kill them Murder an innocent: the eugenicist in Saint Denis can be killed without any honor impact. Technically innocent, depending on how you want to define it Survive max bounty for a day: just stay in the top of The Loft in Grizzlies East. Law dogs can't get you. Though it would probably be pretty boring just sitting around.
