The Copa Mundial is the best boot ever created. it's an iconic representation of how the game never dies and how something so vintage, never looses its worth. trust me, almost everyone on a Sunday league Game is wearing a fresh pair of Copa's. Even this young 15-year-old lad from Australia has had a few pairs over the years and has loved them SOOOO much. They are one of my favourite boots, they are as durable as a tank and as long as you look after them, they feel like a slipper. I'm really excited about the new Copa 17 and really really want a pair, however, i just spent all my money a few months ago on a pair of Vapour 11's and can't complain, they're a dream to play in...just like the Copa's. really wanting to win this new pair or really innovative boots cause as soon as i watched this tech talk, they're the first thing on my wish list. BTW, i love Unisport, whenever i have homework, study or assignments to do, you guys are always the first channel I come to procrastinate on. For starters, the copa mundial has been in my family for quite a while now. My dad had a pair when he used to play in his younger days and so did my uncles on his side of the family. I received my first pair when I was younger too but like other kids these days, I started leaning towards boots like the adipure 2 and adipure 3, all the way to the final iteration of the boot in the adidas 11pro 3. The Copa 17.1 is everything I've wanted in a boot since my adipure days and early copa years and it would be awesome to win a pair so of course, I can continue the tradition of heritage.

Copas are the best thing in the world because they bonded me with my soon to be wife. We were both playing soccer and we're both wearing copas during a pickup match. She commented on my boots, said she loved copas and I said I did too. That sparked what has been a rollercoaster of a year and two months with my fiancée (who I still play pickup with). To this day I am so glad I wore copas because without them I wouldnt have met my soulmate.

The Copa had been around for decades! Not only is it worn by legends, The Copa is worn by all referees in my country whenever I play Sunday league. I've always owned a pair of copas as a backup shoe for when I feel like I need the soft soft leathery touch. Now that they've updated the tech, I would love to own this version of the copa as well! The Copas are just amazing!! The softness of the leather, the comfort it provides and that classy look it gives you is unbelievable! In addition, this shoes have made icons of soccer shine during World Cups such as Franz Beckenbauer. The Copa Mundial is quite literally the shoe that started it for me (and probably many other people too). Lots of fun memories of when I was a teenager playing with my friends in my first pair of brand new copas, and I couldn't be happier. I was very skeptical of this release myself, because I wasn't a huge fan of how Adidas designed the Copa SL, but Jay here has given me some hope. I'll only know for sure if I try them myself. Jaymike I've been the Copa Mundial kind of player for years. The tradition that it holds is something to never be changed. I also own a pear of the copa younger siblings of both the gloro 15.1 and 16.1. The Copa Mundial is nothing to be changed. It's a cleat that will carry on for many more years.

Looks like adidas has not failed to disappoint with this one. Definitely can't go wrong with the original OG Copa boot with a few tweaks here and there. Seems like a promising boot. Switched between Nike and Adidas over the years and have always gone back to the beauty of kangaroo leather, superior construction and comfort of Adidas. There's only one way to find out though and that's to take them for a test drive on the pitch. Your videos are great, very informative and intriguing. What really amazes me about the Copa is how it has managed to stay around for so long. With companies investing millions of dollars a year into developing new boots, Adidas must feel amazingly lucky to have a boot that was designed over 30 years ago selling so well on the market. It means that year in year out they have a boot that they just reap the reward of sales from. It seems to be the 30-40 year old generation that are currently the largest consumers of the soccer cleats, but they also have a strong cult following with younger and older players. If you need a boot that just flat out works - with hundreds of thousands of player testimonials to go along with it - then Copa’s are a great option. :) A Classic Beauty

I've got plantar fasciitis on my wide feet. So the comfort is really amazing for it. Not to mention it performs beautifully on harder grounds found in my area. First of all, it is the best soccer cleat because it is inspired by an iconic soccer cleat, the Adidas Copa Mundial. Its release gives it a traditional red, white, and black color way. Also it is nice to know that they are keeping the leather upper but changing it So it can be lighter than the Copa Mundial. It is overall a great soccer cleat and I would really appreciate winning myself a pair to truly feel how good they perform.

The COPA 17 is the most amazing thing on earth, because I have for many years now played in the original Copa, and it is my favorite boot by far. I remember being a kid and getting the OG Copa. I was so excited about them and I put them on immediately even though it was Christmas. I just ran around in my room for about 20 minutes with the boots on, and had a great time. And I am so excited to see that Adidas have made the 17.1's. That is why I really would like to win the boot, plus I am kind of broke right now and I really need some new football boots.

I think the copa is actually the best boot on the market because I had a pair of mundials and the leather was extremely soft and for me, the break in only lasted 1-2 hours. It's extremely soft on feet when you take it out of the box anyway and after the break in period it molds to your foot. The touch to the ball is so good and you don't really feel the heaviness of the shoe while playing. The durability is great, had it for almost 2 seasons but then someone cleated me and ripped the leather lol. It's so iconic and that's why I think it's sooo good.

As to my point of view, Copa Mundial defined the way how football boots suppose to be. the upper close to your foot, the sole plate with 12 studs to provide traction and stability. And the stiches to hold the soft leather in place and in shape. All these elements are still there, in almost every soccer boots in the world, in the original form or in an alternative form of existance. And the place adidas manufact this, is simply amazing. the factory in Germany, such a dream place for soccer cleats to be made. There for, the Copa is the single greatest boots that ever made by human been.
