My thoughts: It creases in the front, but does not affect lock down. Make sure the sock edge is flush and not folded, otherwise it feels cutting into the top of the foot. Very good traction just like the speed portal. Thicker upper compared to higher end model, heavier but can't feel it when running, it seems to help a bit on power when kicking. More protective when stepped on.
