About the grip, the SL is better. For all the rest I suggest the Duramo Speed

Is it true that Duramo shoes traps heat? Is it worse than Adizero SL for this scenario? I live in a very hot location and I would very much prefer cooler shoes.

Hi I'm stuck deciding whether to get duramo: 10, SL Speed, adistar 2.0, or the supernova 2.0. They are all good in terms of price, but the problem is I can't decide what's the best for me. Any opinion is appreciated!! Could you break down the specifics to help me pick one? Hi, I can only talk about Duramo Speed, Supernova, and SL because the Adistar I did not tested. After running with these shoes, I like more the Duramo Speed, it is durable, it has cushioning and support and you can also run some speed workouts with it. Supernova is good for the gym and the SL is too stiff for a daily trainer and not that responsive for a fast workout shoe. I would suggest to check some of the video comparisons in the channel where I talk more about the Duramo and the SL. I will upload soon a new video about the Duramo speed after 100miles, I hope it helps!

Not in everything, in some specs and statistics collected. But the Duramo is a better value for money, more versatile and comfortable as well. Interesting. So the SL has the softer bouncy Lightsrike Pro but the Duramo Speed just has the firm Lightstrike, But you find the SL gives a stiffer ride than the Duramo?

Yes, indeed, my feeling is that the forefoot of the SL is pretty firm. Maybe the midsole' shape, but I cannot use it. I retired the SL even before 100miles
