Love these 1 month reviews. Just got the new Furon V7 true to size and they are super snug out of the box. My toe is right at the front and both the heel pad/upper material seem to make it a very snug fit. Do they loosen up and stretch a bit after wear and does the heel pad compress over time? Curious if I should try to break them in or go up half a size.

They do! Mine were the same way right out of the box - but they stretched perfectly around my foot after about 3 hours of proper break in time 🤝

Did the toe box over stretch at all due to the lack of stitching? I’m seriously concerned about that on my pair and am considering having the modified with the older 2013 F50 stitching pattern in the toe box if I can find someone competent enough to do it. Great review as always 👍🏼

I haven't had any issues mate! Could also be because I got the correct size so my toes go all the way up to the end. I'd say so long as you have the correct size (length), you'll be just fine 👍🏼

My actual foot length is 25cm (9.843 inch) and my foot width is 10.5cm (4.134 inch). I was used mercurial vapor 14 elite 26.5cm ( UK 7.5 / US 8.5 ). These boots were perfect to me. But I sold that boots because of the pressure on the soles of my feet. I think Mercurial and my feet are different in foot type. After that i bought tiempo legend 9 elite 26.5cm ( UK 7.5 / US 8.5 ). There is a 1.5cm (0.6 inch) space left in the front of the boots. Tiempo legend 9 elite 26cm ( UK 7 / US 8 ) was tight with no space left. But the sense of kick was better for Mercurial than tiempo. So i sold tiempo. Lastly i bought adidas speedflow .1 26.5cm ( UK 8 / US 8.5 ). There is a 1.5cm (0.6 inch) space left in the front of the boots, but the width is good. As you can see, I was very worried about my wide feet and got to know Adizero f50 IV LEATHER. What I want to ask you is that Adizero is natural leather and has wide feet. Considering this, which one should I buy, 26.5cm ( UK 8 / US 8.5 ) or 26cm ( UK 7.5 / US 8 ) ? I'm sorry fot that i'm not good at english.

All three are amazing! I'd say all three are in my top 10 boots of all time NO DOUBT 🔥 The best boot for overall comfort is of course going to depend on your own foot shape! For me, the HV3 is the easiest to break in, followed closely by the Phantom Ultra.

These are totally different! Much softer when you break them in, a really nice leather sensation in the forefoot while still feeling thin and light. Both the other remakes you mentioned are class too! 🔥

Noah, can you provide what would be a modern day equivalent size wise? I currently own a pair of speedflow .1. I fit into a 8.5 in predator but a 9 or 8.5 in speedflow. The speedflow toe box does feel a bit cramped

That tends to happen with most football boots on AG pitches unfortunately - just part of playing on an artificial surface! Cleaning boots is as easy as using an old toothbrush or sponge to wipe off the dirt! 👍🏼

You’ll get many different opinions but honestly the best AG/FG boots I found were the ones from Nike with the conical hollowed out studs. NOT the ones from the Phantom GT because those were slightly too short for FG but the ones found on all the other silos a few years back. Good Luck

Hi mate! Unless it's really old turf, most FG boots work perfectly fine on AG pitches. Durability will always suffer no matter what because of the pitch material, not the soleplate 🤝 I'd recommend if you play on AG pitches most of the time, try and find an AG model of your favorite pair of boots for the sake of your joints, but if you can't find any, don't stress and just go with the FG pair!

Your position doesn't have anything to do with the boots mate! 🤝 Everyone plays differently, so some players will go through boots much faster than others. These aren't the most durable for sure, you're probably better off looking at something like an Asics DS Light X Fly 5 or Mizuno Morelia Neo 3 for a leather speed boot feel
