I would say you can get your size, 8.5. The length is true to size and width is a little narrow especially on toe area but since you don’t have wide feet, you will be fine. Thank you and Good luck❤️

I think Adidas runs big sometimes so I think you are right about the confusion lol. But I would say just get your true size which can be 6.5 unless you got narrow feet. My Nike size is 7.5 and that worked. Good luck!
