what size do u recommend if I wear a US Women’s 7.5/8? The men’s 6.5 or the 7? Also, are they true to size or should I size up? Narrow or regular?

US womens is usually 1.5 bigger than the mens size, I would suggest to deduct 1.5 from your womens size
