when you say it's not great for "faster efforts", is there a specific speed you're referring to, or is this relative to the runner?

He meant competing at Olympic finals. Otherwise it’s light enough even for most well conditioned running enthusiasts. Only when you run 5 km. faster that 19 min. then you might start thinking about even lighter shoes, but not necessarily.
