I tried this out at the store (but couldn't buy it), and as a wide-foot runner, I was pleasantly surprised on how wide it was. It's definitely on my list for when it goes on sale.

Call me crazy but I like this as an alt for my superblast. For me they are same use case (long run at marathon pace or slightly slower ) .

Would a heavy runner enjoy this? Comparable to a 1080, NovaBlast, Triumph?
@dcamos782 ай бұрын
Yes. I’m a bigger runner. Nowhere near as soft as the 1080V13. Closer to the Novablast or Triumph 22. Thomas described it pretty well, although I’d score it a little higher. There’s nothing flashy about this shoe. It’s just a smooth ride that easily eats up miles.

Yes, as the self-proclaimed king clydesdale this is the perfect daily trainer for me. Good support, comfortable, breathable, and the foam gets better as you use it. I think this is one of the best no frills daily trainer for a heavier runner

Hi, I have been using the Adistar CS and they are towards the end of their life. I run 3-4 miles a day and need a stability shoe seeing how I over pronate. Would you recommend these? (Just an FYI I’m a little bit of a bigger guy so the cushion on the Prima’s really caught my attention)

Are we totally doing away with the light system now? I kinda liked that 😢

I agree. I prefer the lights over a point system.

I really enjoyed this shoe however, the insole in the right shoe kept sliding causing my toes to hang over the edge of the insole itself. I just swapped insoles but it's still frustrating considering the price!

Meg just showin up to show off the new hair color.😂 The shoe does look old school boring but I keep hearing good things. Might look for a deal on this one to try it.

Too many shoes even just from one brand. When is the Boston 13 coming out? Images of the Adios Pro 4 have been out for months yet we have nothing for the Boston 13. The Boston 12 is my go to shoe atm. I prefer this new rating system.
@mikemurphy92692 ай бұрын
I never understand his ratings vs comments. 'I like it but I'll score it a meh.' I think we just feel differently about shoes... or language.

The outsole is the biggest concern of the Prima

@antihero5518Ай бұрын
Nah. Just in case you aren't aware yet, it has lighttraxion which also is on the new Adios Pro 4. I dont think they'd put it in the Pro 4 if it was a concern. Also, I have the Supernova Solution and the Adizero SL2, those outsoles are underrated in my opinion. I have the B12 to compare it too and they're not bad at all. I even wore the budget Duramo Speed in pouring rain and no slips on road. My .02.

2/5 for the outsole? guess adidas didnt explain the difference between Adiwear use in Rise nd the upgraded Lighttraxion in Prima to you guys, not everything had to be branded Continental to be good.
@rysergt2 ай бұрын
I have the Rise and have ZERO complaint for the outsole. Never slip and grippiness/traction is good enough for dry/wet road. Ran in Boston12 & Adios Pro 3, both have Continental.
