I got these and man these are some monsters. Traction is great and the cushion is phenomenal. I’m surprised the shoe has this much cushion for a smaller player. I’m 6’2” 235 and love these beasts

@@zoesh2441 I would call the cushion buttery. I think the lebron 11 comes to mind but without the bounce or the heel in the harden 7s.

@@zoesh2441 buttery is a sinking into feeling or very soft. You’re not going to bounce like react, boom, zoom air, boost, bounce or lunorlon like the lebron 11s have with full length zoom under it. I personally felt like the foam in the lebron 11s were soft compared to the Kobe 8s. I guess these are a soft bounce foam.

I've been very curious about this shoe, the 2s might be the most uncomfortable ankle collar I've ever had the misfortune of squeezing my foot into.

I bought 5 pairs and made custom shorts and could NOT fit the TY2 and single handily the worst shoe ever yet somehow he wore them but he probably has a narrow foot or went up a half size but for me they didn’t have a 14.5

Bro don’t worry about being a Debbie Downer. We value your opinion no matter if it’s positive or negative. It’s always refreshing to see honest takes (Not clickbait hot takes like Stephen A. Smith. Actually honest takes.😄) on something when too often, reviewers of any particular subject can be bought off to say only the positive things that the corporations making the product want them to say; this is notoriously common with music review sites/publications but it can happen with anything. So never be afraid to maybe ruffle some feathers with an opinion if you really feel it because that honesty is badly needed when it comes to topics where big money can buy positive reviews.

For the Trae 2s, it seemed like they took the next design they had made of the N3xt L3v3l slapped boost on the back and made it a low top and called it the Trae 2.

Adidas fumbled the tech spec description on these, one colorway states Lightstrike and Boost, yet another says "lightweight midsole". I would speculate that it is a form of standard EVA (possibly within the same realm as the adilette slides) because Adidas usually labels their "high-end" proprietary compounds, and to suddenly forgo stamping the name of the tech on these is a bit of head scratcher to say the least, maybe the new design direction of the basketball line called for less "words" on the shoes to focus on the styling. Of course I could be wrong and I haven't seen them in person to judge by feel but this has happened in the past with other shoes on their site, conflicting marketing seems to be more common than it should be on their end.

adidas updated the shoe description in the PH regarding the cushion. It doesn’t have Lightstrike and Boost. Also saw the teardown. How sad.

Anything would be better than the 2's.....Those things were hot garbage! The midsole on the 3's looks like the pattern used on the current Adidas slides. I'm not sure about these yet, but that could change once I get to try em on. Thanks for another dope video!

Looks like an Adidas runner turned basketball shoe. Similar to a pair of Adidas ZX 2K Boost shoes, except with the 3d printed stuff on the side

I like this color way the best but the beige color way is just solid rubber vs the translucent and I think it lasts a lot longer

I got a couple of 1, and it's fantastic, I got a 2 and I almost take it to the trash, but they improve with time, yes it's annoying puting on, but when you use it 4 or 5 times those ones sing, feel super powerful and comfortable, and actually the ankle part makes feel save. Having say that I'm looking forward to get at least one 3, I saw one in person, actually 2 color ways and they are much beutifull in person, the pics and videos don't make justice of the 3
