ADIDAS ZX 8000 COLLEGIATE GREEN REVIEW & ON FEET

Couple things regarding this pair that I forgot to mention in the video. The actual images on adidas site bit.ly/2ShvqV0 show the sneaker with a white midsole, so you can imagine receiving an all green pair in the mail. Secondly, 43einhalb cut their 2020 Aqua pair open to reveal a Boost insert in the heel portion of the sneaker as you can see here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ep6Wimd3fLd7qbc I’m not sure if this is the same for every other 2020 colorway or not, so if I can get enough requests for it, I’ll snag a pair to chop up and we’ll find out for sure. Hit me up if there’s anything else I missed ✌🏽

Yes, every new pair of the zx8000 will have boost parts in the sole. First one was the Aqua CONSORTIUM release in November '19. And they'll have real sole elements featured in the front & back area of the shoe like they had in 1989.

damn when i watched this i thought with a white midsole itd be perfect. Weird move by adidas to switch that up. just discovered this channel and have been watching a bunch of reviews for shoes i think are getting slept on. really great to see someone showing attention to stuff that isnt JUST yeezys or jordan 1s

a shoe brush. after wearing, give a light brush over the whole shoe to keep that dust out of all the crevices and keeps the material looking great.

The green Adidas Torsion logo on the laces, it's just simple called "Lacetag" ;) did you noticed that the tongue label logo is completely different to the other zx8000 pairs ? I am asking myself if this is a U.S. only release. Because till now you can't get 'em here in Europe.

I think they call them a "Deubré" as well if I'm not mistaken and I believe that may be a Nike coined term as well. As for the Tongue Tags, I didn't realize that. They may be a US only release, but I know the UK definitely got colorways that the US did not recently as well. Thanks for the info and thanks for watching!!

RJ Scott koo, I think they look better with the green midsole anyway; they would have been hot 🔥 if the midsole was white and the outsole was green 🤷🏾‍♂️ We’ll see what I get when they arrive.

RJ Scott finally got them in hand (and on foot 😝) they came with the green midsole. I put the grey laces in and taking them to the gym in a few. Good looking out for some comfortable and fly retros that are waaaay under the hypebeast radar 🙏🏾
