Straight up facts!! That goes for any thing in life, work, relationships, family ties, friendships, ect. If you do not have any respect for yourself no one else ever will. You are also more open to be taken advantage of and used by those who are out to use others for their own benefit without you're best interest in mind.

Exactly. I was taught the same thing in my Church and in my Family. I've also learned all relationships, wether it be Family, Friends, or potential Partners, a relationship is a two way street. If you are not giving or providing something to the person you claim to care about it will fail. The same goes for the other way. If you provide and give everything to everyone around you in the relationship and they give nothing back, that's opening yourself to be taken advantaged and possibly abused. I also don't mean like money or material things, those are nice gestures of kindness and love. They are not what's important though in a healthy strong relationship. I'm talking about giving Love, Compassion, Understanding, giving you're Time, you're Affection, being Thoughtful of one another's pain and troubles. You have to be there and present for relationships to work.

I agree that women bear the brunt of the hardships when it comes to actually bringing a child into this world, I mean the process of doing so(pregnancy and giving birth) but we can't lie and say that men don't have a hard job when it comes to raising a child and maintaining a family. It's not an excuse to treat men as lesser parents because they have the "easier" part in creating that child. Good lord, ladies. Knock it off

That first woman is on point. Last girl I dated tried to change everything about me. The way I dressed, the music I listen to, where I live. It didn't last long. Red Pill Mom said something that took me back to college. I walk into a lecture one day and see this drop dead gorgeous girl sitting there. But when I heard her talk...my god... You can cover up pimples and shit, but a lack of class will reveal itself. It's also sad that standards are all about what's outside. "If his height starts with 5'.." No talk about what the person is like on the inside. The state of the world makes a lot of sense.

Feeling are not sentient. Relationships are ego checks to share some things with one person. Not running away because the highs are what you associate with love. Familiarity will never incite strong emotion. If it does. It's an unhealthy drug. It takes two people to be accountable to make it work.

Its not right for me to do that. He decided he wanted to tame down when he knew i wasnt gonna stay through the wildness any more. Was that wrong of me? I apologize if this is a really personal question. I just wanted to ask does Therapy actually work? Like did you actually feel a lot better after Therapy? I'm tryin to work on myself and what's wrong with me without involving another person in my personal struggles. I want to get better on my own. I just don't know if I can. There are some things I gotta figure out and do on my own for sure. Some of my struggles are definitely not going to be helped by a Therapist, it's just me wanting to want to get up and do it that will help some of my issues. I've got a lot of issues that have been there for years despite what I've tried to do to correct them. So should I seek Therapy? Or should I try to work on myself by myself first?
@rafaelvargas4113
@rafaelvargas4113 3 жыл бұрын
@@PinkPanther45518 honestly its a tough question because its all up to ourselves when we want to seek it. My first therapist I stopped seeing him because I thought I wanted to do things and just move on with life. Second time I ended up back at the hospital one year later now I'd say it has helped. Especially when you can't really turn to you're friends when you're depressed it helped until I fully decided what I wanted to do. Friends aren't always there and some of them give shitty advice even if a therapist isnt always saying the right things and repeats it at least their there to talk how you feel every week. I'd say go for it, but it'll be hard at first cause I sure as well didn't want to do it for the first 3 - 4 months. But I thought about the future and how I want to be happy amd not put my bagage onto others. Taking therapt doesn't mean you can't heal yourself, but its a plus man I totally get where you're coming from and if you're asking questions on wether you should or shouldn't you're still in the right place because you are thinking about your mental health and what you want to do. Just thinking that way is a great start.

But I Leveled up to a new mindset, and now day by day we’re chasing our dream 💪🏼 If a women that supports my ambitions, respects me, loves me for who I am, and gives me peace comes in my life, I’d be more than happy to take her in. Tbh I used to be one of those women that wanted the "hot boy" street type dude. Until I got that type of guy and married him. Thought things would change only to be cheated on left and right. When we divorced I took time (as a single mother of two at this point) to get it know me and who I am and what I have to offer a man. Not what he has to offer me. I had to make changes to my mental and social and personality. And once I did what I was looking for changed what I wanted changed... the man I was blessed to be with now is just that a MAN someone who stepped in to be a father when he himself already has kids that he takes care of amazingly, he is respectful, a hardworker and a damn great provider. And I will always be his biggest supporter. After a long day at work he does not have to come home and lift a finger. Dinner is done kids are taken care of clothes are out bath water is ready and he is set for work the next day. And yes I do work as well and a full time mother but if he can spend time to provide for us I will always do my part no matter how small or big it may be... 50/50

dude I just went thru a hell of a divorce. After 7 years of marriage and a little over 8 years of being together she just up and wanted to leave me and the kids. I admit I made mistakes and was willing to work on them but it was just to late in her eyes. I begged for months to get her back and took care of the kids by myself for months. eventually it came to a big fight which got me in trouble and completely flip the table on me to where i became the bad guy. I should have been less of a wimp and just let her go and did what I need to for the kids. I could have avoided so much pain. many of my friends had told me she was like this i guess i was blinded. I love my kids and finally am getting to see them more. I am finally starting to feel like my self again and not a depressed baby all the time and rebuilding sorry i just woke up might be hard to read

You know I'm kind of wondering if the dating roles are going to switch and what I mean is that women are going to have such a difficult time finding decent men that they are going to start approaching almost any man just like men did to women before men started getting tired of the BS. There's a lot of men that are done with everything in the dating world me personally I'm getting there. I think that's going to make men more scarce. I think we may see role reversals within our lifetime.

I hope so, I also hope not. It's a struggle for a gal like me to find anyone interested. I don't have crazy expectations of guys. I am not beautiful, not at all, I'm very average. I think I'm a pretty nice, not perfectly nice women, I'm human so I know I'll screw up from time to time. I try to be thoughtful and caring to others, I like people, I really do. I just suffer from social anxiety, a lot more then I used to now because of the lockdown. I always tried to approach guys first. I really wanted to get into a relationship till I realized I come across as needy or desperate. So I put dating out of my mind for a long time. I genuinely just wanted to make friends for a while, wether they be female or male. I don't care what sex, I'll be friends with both, doesn't bother me.☺️💖 So I tried going for trying to work on be social by making good long lasting friendships work. I also want to patient and see what the Lord has in store for me. However as time goes in I'm getting more disheartened everyday that I may not find someone. I know I need to work on myself first before I try looking for a partner, that's for sure. I wouldn't want someone to be stuck with an overweight, highly anxious, nervous nelly of a women as a wife. So I'm going to start working on myself first to be what a man wants in their life. I'm just fearful it will take me a while and by the time I finish it will be too late.

I have never been in a relationship before in my entire young life. Not once. I had crushes but I squashed those pretty earlier on, I knew it wouldn't work out, especially since they already had someone or someone in mind. One person I had a crush on I thought I hid it from him really well since I could never see it work out or gong well for us. It was a crush I was waiting for to die off. I guess he noticed somehow. He used to be really nice to me and the other girls, I guess he noticed somehow that I had a crush on him. He started being really mean to me, he was no longer friendly or helpful. I kept my distance and stop conversing with him. I will still obviously kind to him, I wouldn't treat people badly even if they were unkind to me. It just hurt to see the sudden change. I thought I hid it very well, I never had any intentions seeking it out, It was just nice to have a someone else besides my best friend be kind to me. Let alone that person being a guy. It hurt a lot, it was the wake up call I needed, that I shouldn't show what I felt. It's better that way, I just make things awkward or worse I guess.

@@PinkPanther45518 The best advice I can give, to both men and woman is not to look for dates or use dating websites. It's just horrible for everyone involved. Try to meet people in more natural settings. Take hobbies you enjoy and try to join a social group that engages in that hobby. It's more casual and less stressful to meet people that way. You already share something in common and have things to talk about and share. You might not meet a partner, but I guarantee you'll make friends. I know it's hard to meet people, when you're a shy introvert. But, once you're a part of a group and established, you'll find it easier to socialize and let your real personality shine, which is what you want to do, to attract the right partner. Put yourself in a situation that lets you show the best parts of you and you'll attract the right people. We are most attractive when we are feeling comfortable and confidant.

The reason you still get those depressed women is because you had it previously. Women are very intuitive and there is something about you that still has a remnant of that. So they think you will sympathize which you can, but that desire for sympathy also holds a demand for you to cure them of their depression. This you cannot do.

They immediately give their qualifications as them having a degree and being able to pay for their own needs, which I congratulate them for being the men they are looking for. When I tell them that educational accomplishment though commendable, is not the qualifying factor in what a man desires. A woman being genuinely pleasant, kind, and motivating, means tons to a man.

*Edit to correct a mistype. "Friends with Benefits" is exactly what it says. . . Friends who mess around. The thing that THOSE men don't want is COMMITMENT. Friends with Benefits is about having all the benefits of a relationship without the exclusivity and commitment of a relationship. 🤷 Simple. If you want a man to treat you like a "Queen" the. You need to treat him like a"King" . If you want to be treated a certain way, the. You need to treat them that same way. Because why TF would you dump money, time and energy into a black hole? Why would you pour everything into the garbage? A man shouldn't be expected to pour everything into an unending, bottomless pit. Take take take. Who would put up with that? I know these women sure wouldn't. Especially if she gets nothing back. So why TF would men? If all she does is take take take and give nothing in return, eventually he is going to get tired of wasting his time, energy, effort, money, and hope. But.... God forbid he asks her to make him a sandwich.

I've learned earlier on that all relationships are a two way street. You bring something to the one you care about and they bring something back to you. I am not talking about money or material it stuff. It's defentily a necessity and nice to have, but it's defentily not the most upmost important thing in any types of relationships you engage in. Wether it be Family, Friends, Girlfriends/Boyfriends, Wives/Husbands, there absolutely has to be something more in the relationship! More then materialistic, more then giving or gaining, more then feelings, there has to be something deeper something to stick around for. Who you are as a person and who you choose to be will decide who will stick around and for you, and who will abandon you the moment their is a struggle. Two way street relationship philosophy works and will continue doing so!👍

This is so timely and accurate. I'm finding my power after 30 yrs and raising 4 kids and putting everything into the relationship to finally understand how devalued i was the whole time. Now i have time to breathe, started a business, found mentors, and therapeutic help to get my mindset on course and understand what ive been through, and begin to understand my value not just as a man but as a human being.

Thanks for the video from 0 to 37. I been waiting over 15 years for this topic to be an actual thing. Now that it is we as men need to be more careful than ever nowadays. Most of the women are not aware but most definitely are suffering from a mental illness from the abusive relationships they used to cherish. Be careful out there.

We do our daughters a disservice by teaching them that one of their most important jobs is their relationship w/ their partner. That's not a job. And it's not theirs to manage. If they grow up feeling their worth is only (or mostly) found in a relationship, then they take on men as "projects". Then women insure their relevance, importance through the accomplishment of "creating" this man and working so hard on the relationship.

I disagree. One of any person's most important job is their relationship with partner. Particularly with your wife or husband. That doesn't mean your job is to "create" your partner, because that's not what that entails to be in a relationship with your partner. You do have duties as a man and a woman. I think the disservice to girls is telling them they don't have a duty to their partner, their family and their household. Which entails some necessary sacrifice.

In my experience, the best way to start a relationship is hanging out. Not dating, hanging out. Get with them and figure out what they want to do, both sides. Then you learn what their likes and dislikes are, see where you mesh and where you repel. Sex can be explored, taught, learned, I'd say midway to girlfriend/boyfriend. Sex is an important aspect, but it's only one aspect of a relationship. You are going to spend far more time talking than you are fucking. If you can't get along, there's no good relationship there, but sexual preferences can be explored.

You know, these videos do help with advice in categories that aren’t even part of the intentions. like it’s about women telling the truth, but then we get advice on being human, dating, emotions and all this.

I’m glad that #4 took accountability for the things she did in the past. She realized that wanting that man every wmn wanted was only gonna need in misery for herself cuz he wasn’t gonna be exclusive to just her. Now as to whether or not she gave those types of men access to herself is another question but it is a step in the right direction if she stopped her past ways.
