Is Cressanda Solutions Running a Pump & Dump Scam, and how?

Recently a notification was put out where Cressanda Solutions stock was put under ESM i.e. Enhanced Surveillance Measure. If you try to place an order in this stock, you will be warned that there is a tip of buy flowing around in the social media for this stock.
A user emailed us a few days back about a potential price manipulation in this stock and the way it was being done was extra-ordinary. The fraudsters (whoever was running this scam) was using a video that looked like a news piece and was circulating this video link through social media.
The strangest part, in this case, was that the video was kept as "unlisted" and not "public". In KZbin terms, it basically means that if you do not have the link of the video, you will not be able to watch this video.
In others words, if you just go the channel that showed this video, you will not actually find any video on that channel.
So, even if SEBI or anyone else tries to investigate such a case, you won't be able to watch this video at all, unless they have the link.
However, we have sent that link to SEBI along with other details and hoping that the regulator takes a conclusive decision on this matter.
At the same time, we strongly request the viewers to NOT take this stock as any form of recommendation of buy or sell or advice for your investments or trading. This is just a research video.
