Adika Pongo feat Norma Jean Wright and Luci Martin (formerly of Chic) - Live Showreel

The partnership between two Icons of Dance music such as Norma Jean Wright, Luci Martin and Adika Pongo was born a few years ago. On the occasion of a performance at the Piper Club in Rome, they were heard by their European manager at the time, who recognized in the band the skills suited to recreating the "Disco" atmospheres of the 1970s.
Norma Jean Wright and Luci Martin were the original voices of the legendary band Chic, led by Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards and authors of such international music hits as "Le Freak," "Good Times," Everybody Dance," "I Want Your Love" and innumerable others.
Combining these forces was perfectly natural, and today Adika Pongo are in effect the band that accompanies them during of their European "live" dates.
The show put on by the Band is a crescendo of hits by Chic and other renowned Black Music artists that involves the audience in the incomparable and enthralling "Disco 70's" atmosphere.
