INGREDIENTS:
Dark Chocolate Ganache - 2 : 1 ratio i.e 2 parts Chocolate to 1 part Cream by weight.
Eg.
500 grams Dark Chocolate
250 grams Heavy Cream (Amul Cream)
You can change the quantity as per need.
